Multi Factor Authentication (MFA): Text Messaging Being Retired

Starting December 23, 2024 SMS (text messaging) will no longer be supported as a multi-factor authenticator option (MFA). This means that in addition to your password, you will be required to use the Microsoft Authenticator, an authorized USB token or other third party MFA application to access your computer resources.

If you have a smart phone, the easiest way is to download and use the Microsoft Authenticator application. Its free of charge and allows for a secure login while maintaining compliance with MFA requirements. View the Quick Guide.

This is reserved for users who do not have a mobile device available. To request one please fill out the following form by clicking here.

If you prefer to purchase your own, please ensure it is an approved Yubico Security key, for more information click here.
