The GBC Computing Help Desk can assist you with:
- Help with GBC User ID's and Passwords
- Logging into the MyGBC Self-Service Center (for help with registering, paying fees, or other functions in MyGBC, please see the section below).
- Questions about WebCampus not answered in the WebCampus Help pages.
- Basic support for common computer applications.
- Questions about GBC computing labs.
Resident students are provided with addtional services:
- Virus protection and removal attempt
- Windows update services
